The property comprises of 3 bedrooms to let; 2 double,1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with roof solarium.
This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television with satellite (all UK channels) and DVD player.
The music system will play Ipod or Iphone.
Eating & Living
There is room for 4 in the living room/ dining room. The open fire can be used to create a
comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave,
a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier,
an iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils are also provided.
Additional outdoor info
Our Villa shares three pool which is for residents only. This spacious Villa is well equipped and
has the added security of window shutters and metal grilles. The villa is in a very quiet area.
It has a large terrace at the front of the propery with table and chairs – ideal for eating
al fresco. Also there is a large BBQ area which has a large concrete BQ and table and chairs.
It is well lit for eating outside at night.
If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking,
cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports centre, a theatre / cinema, a restaurant and food shops.
To secure a booking, a £100 deposit is required with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal. On arrival a cleaning fee of 60 euros is payable to the keyholder.
